I've been on the GCG grid now for just a little over a year and I'm very pleased with the progress the administration has made, both technically, and socially!
GCG has grown significantly and has also attracted alot of really wonderfully creative talent!
The administration engages the community in a very democratic manner. Allowing for a tremendous amount of creative freedom from music to Mesh builds.
GCG continues to make in-roads and creating strong social connections with other grids thanks to the open nature of hypergrid travel.
One of the pimary reasons for GCGs success are the very reasonable sim rates and the ongoing work to stabilize the grid and it's functionality.
The administration is very responsive to the needs of the community, this demonstrates the inherently positive culture being cultivated on this grid.
Growth has exploded over the past year and the economy has begun to take shape quite robustly.
As with any new venture, there are always a few rough patches along the way. The administration has been very good at communicating it's plans and intentions with updates and upgrades.
Implementing, mantaining and improving the complex entity that a virtual world is, with all of it's minute and intricate coding and resource logistics, is no small task.
GCG has been a serious and mature endeavor from the very start, this, in my opinion, is another reason for it's growth and success.
It has been maintained with all seriousness, over the past year, with many updates and upgrades.
Anyone considering an investment in a virtual world should be pleased with every aspect that GCG has to offer.
Here's wishing everyone on the GCG grid, and all the new sim owners to come, a very happy new year and much success and fun on the GCG in 2016!
