Camping season is well underway in Canada and Tents & Camping at the Manitou Market Mall, Meaford, offers shoppers a wide selection of great camping accessories. Sleeping bags are only MC$30, tents MC$40 to 60, backpacks MC$35, even a barbecue for only MC$30.
"You can have everything you need for a realistic camping experience for under MC$350" said Winter Silversmith. "I have my own campsite set up on Massey region. We offer a free first-come-first-served campsite to all of our residential renters on Manitou."
Stop by Tents & Camping, owner Julie Jackson, today to pick up all your camping needs in one great location, located in the north-east corner of the Manitou Market Mall on the region of Meaford, GCG.
"In spite of the challenges faced by the Great Canadian Grid this summer the economy continues to grow inworld" said Winter Silversmith CEO of Silversmith Estates. "We have six regions in the GCG and no intention of closing any of them" he told Corran Journal this morning. "We had a couple rough patches here at Silversmith Estates and Manitou Tourism. Our internet was down for approximately three weeks around the same time as the grid attacks so I did not get inworld for over a month. Our customers and merchants have stuck with us during our challenges so why would we abandon GCG during their hard times?"
The Great Canadian Grid came under fire earlier this season with not one but two DDoS attacks in as many weeks. "I talked to Roddie Macchi about the attacks yesterday. It had an impact on the region numbers, they lost about fifteen percent of their customers" Winter said. "Those loyal to the Great Canadian Grid have held on through a few rough patches and they are now being rewarded with a smoother running grid and neighbours who actually want to be here."
The Great Canadian Grid reported a coverage area of 806 actual regions the equivalent of 65.3 square kilometres. The grid has 4,641 registered members and a active users percentage of 30.6. The grid had placed a cap of 1,000 regions on members just before the attacks. The advantage of less loyal members leaving is that the grid has opened up two hundred slots for new region owners.
"We recently evicted about half a dozen renters who had not been active since May. We offer free housing and free store space and we don't have time for people who 'park' on our regions." Mr. Silversmith said.
The Regional Municipality of Manitou has recently added new kiosk shopping in their Manitou Market Mall located on Meaford. "The south park has nine booths set up, the north has four out of eight potential booths. We offer shoppers a taste of the works of quality creators. If they like what they see they can find a landmark at each booth to the merchants' main store. Unlike some mall owners in GCG we believe in complimenting and helping others not competing with them."
Manitou currently has thirteen residential units and four market booth spots available, contact Winter Silversmith inworld for more details.
